We assure you that everything you buy at katori will be 100% genuine and brand new. In the event, you have received any product in bad condition or damaged or defective that you have bought from our online store, you can exchange in the same unused condition with its original packaging, tags, and bills/invoices provided along with the products.

  • We have simple and easy return policy. You have to follow these steps:
    1. Contact us to submit your return request.
    2. Make sure that you are submitting the return or replacement request for a product within the period of 30 days of receipt of the product. Also, please make sure that the product to be returned should be in unused condition with original tags, packaging, invoice, and labels.
    3. Our customer support will confirm your return request and will provide you details about the proper return process within one working day.
    4. Replacement of the products will depend on the availability of the stock. In case the product will not in stock, we will initiate refund of the same amount.
    5. There is no extra charge for returns or replacements or pickups.
    6. In case of refund, the total valid amount will e transferred to your account.
    7. The time taken for refund of the amount will depend on our payment partners.
    8. Custom products will not be considered to be replaced or returned.

Once we received return or replacement request from your side, we will arrange the pickup of the product from your address. In case we cannot arrange for the pickup of the products from your location, you can ship the products. You will get reimbursement of the shipping charges after submitting the original receipt or invoice.

Also, your product will only be picked up from your location, if we find your product unused along with original packaging, receipt, invoice, or bill. Also, ensure that products are packed safely to avoid any damage in transit. Mention return ID on the package to make us acknowledged about the return of the products.

Refund or replacement will be initiated as soon as we received the products from you.

Once we got your request for replacement, we will send you an email that will direct you about the process and details about the replacement. In most of the location, you will get the products for the replacement at the time of pickup. On the other hand, there are some locations products will be delivered after we picked up or received the products to be replaced.

In case, you don’t received the return or replaced products within the promised date, contact us immediately.

Yes, you have to return the free gift as well because this is a part of your order and the products should be returned in the original state.
