Behind every Katori package, is a story of empowerment. Our pulses are sourced directly from small and marginal women farmers without engaging middlemen, thus giving them higher returns. Our effort to build self-reliant women-led institutions is ensuring that women farmers have access to state-of-the-art knowledge, techniques and inputs, so that they can bring to you produce of the finest quality.
Single Origin Crops
Our nutrient-dense, unpolished pulses are sourced from chemical-free farms in the Mewar region of Bundelkhand and the ferlite riverbanks of Chambal. Each batch comes from a single origin crop that can easily be traced back to the grower.
No Preservatives or Chemicals
Our pulses are carefully curated from single-origin crops from chemical-free farms, grown without the use of any pesticides or insecticides.
Our grassroots programmes are encouraging farmers to adopt sustainable and organic growing practices, to achieve greater outcomes for farmers and consumers in the long-run.

While our pulses may not be shiny and attractive, they are unpolished and unadulterated, keeping their fibre-rich outer layer intact. This makes them nutrient-dense and superior in taste and flavour.
